My story began with overwhelm, confusion, and exhaustion. But praise God it didn’t stop there.

Growing up, I always had a relationship with God, but it was surface level. I read my Bible and went to church, but didn’t really *know * Him, you know?

The master plan I had for life quickly flew out the window when I unexpectedly diagnosed with a chronic illness at fourteen. Years later, God called me to drop out of my pre-med program in college and I moved back home — feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and uncertain about the future and if His promises could be trusted.

But what I thought were setbacks were God’s way of setting me up for what He had next. This led me to starting a blog and social media and turned into contracts to write books, Bible studies, and start a podcast to help hundreds of thousands of women cut through the noise and overwhelm of daily life and live the gospel with joy.

Now with babies on my hip, online Bible school under my belt, and a lot of grace, I share biblically rich and practical encouragement to take you from overwhelmed in your faith and life to present and equipped.

I believe that when we know God, it produces a love for Him. And when we love Him, that love compels us to live for Him.

Sound too good to be true? Here’s the good news!  You don’t have to carry this alone. I’m not a perfect example, but I’m a friend who wants to humbly lead you to the feet of Jesus and what His Word has to say.
